## Infrastructure for the new financial layer

REM is an infrastructure R\&D partner for institutions issuing stablecoins and tokenising assets across credit, treasuries, funds, and other real-world classes.

We ship the rails that banks, asset managers, stablecoin issuers, and licensed VASPs use to move value on-chain — without rebuilding the stack and without compromising on the compliance posture a regulator expects.

**Geographic focus:** APAC — purpose-built for the operating realities of Singapore (MAS), Hong Kong (HKMA), and adjacent markets, with extensibility into MiCA and GENIUS Act jurisdictions.

## The four modules

REM is a full institutional stack, composed of four modules that work together but can be adopted independently.

## Custom solutions and consultancy

Every module ships as a product, but most institutional rollouts need more than an SDK. REM's team works alongside yours to design the architecture, navigate the regulator, and ship the integration.

## Who we build for

| Audience | What we ship for them |
| :------------------------------------- | :------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Banks** (regional & neo) | Stablecoin issuance, cross-border settlement, intercompany Zones |
| **Asset managers** (funds & credit) | Tokenised funds and private credit issuance, distribution, lifecycle |
| **Stablecoin issuers & RWA platforms** | End-to-end issuance stack: compliance, reserves, distribution |
| **VASPs** (licensed operators) | Travel Rule orchestration, KYT, regional regulatory mapping |
| **FinTechs** (B2B & treasury) | Programmable USDC rails, treasury routing, multi-chain settlement |

## Supported networks

REM also operates as the on-ramp for emerging agentic-payment protocols — Visa Intelligent Commerce, MasterCard Agentic Payments, x402, MPP, and MCP — so institutional balances can settle into the protocols that matter without bespoke integration work.

## The challenge we solve

Institutions issuing stablecoins or tokenising assets face the same hurdles:

* **Technical complexity** — multi-chain integration, wallet security, settlement reconciliation, proof of reserves
* **Regulatory uncertainty** — KYC/KYT, VASP licensing, Travel Rule, evolving APAC frameworks
* **Fragmented ecosystem** — disconnected networks, payment rails, and compliance vendors
* **Integration burden** — the hidden cost of building and maintaining custom adapters

REM gives you an opinionated, compliant infrastructure layer plus the partnership to deploy it.

## Compliance posture

Compliance is enforced at the token and contract layer — not bolted on as middleware.

| Standard | What we cover |
| :-------------------- | :------------------------------------------------------ |
| **KYC / KYB** | Counterparty verification before any value moves |
| **KYT** | Real-time transaction monitoring on every call |
| **Travel Rule** | IVMS101.2023 orchestration with regional thresholds |
| **TIP-403** | Tempo's compliance standard for institutional rails |
| **Proof of reserves** | Verifiable on-chain attestations for issued stablecoins |
